Rui graduated from Lisbon University in Portugal in 2017, completing an externship at Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium as part of his studies. He holds a Certificate in Diagnostic Imaging and particularly enjoys using imaging to make diagnoses in a non-invasive way.

Having spent much of his childhood in the UK, Rui returned after five years working in Wales to join the team, enthusiastic to be part of an independent practice.
